When to reach out

Signs of a possible leak.

  • An unexplained increase in your water bill
  • Damp areas, staining, or a recurring wet spot
  • The sound of water when fixtures are off
  • A suspected leak in a wall, ceiling, or under a slab

From symptoms to a repair plan.

01

Understand the clues

We ask where and when you noticed the issue and assess the affected area. Similar symptoms can come from different sources.

02

Narrow down the source

The approach depends on the property, the plumbing, and access. We explain the investigation and any access needed before proceeding.

03

Discuss the repair

Once the source is understood, we explain the recommended repair and next steps. Detection and repair scope depend on what we find.

Before your visit

Seeing active water damage?

Call us and describe what is happening. Avoid wet electrical equipment and affected areas that may be unsafe. A web request is reviewed during business hours; it is not an emergency dispatch or a confirmed appointment.

A clear next step

What happens after you reach out.

01 / TELL US WHAT’S HAPPENING

Start with the basics.

Share the issue, your service address, and the best way to reach you. Photos can help explain what you’re seeing.

02 / WE FOLLOW UP

Confirm the visit.

Our office reviews your request and contacts you to discuss availability and the next step. A request does not reserve an appointment.

03 / UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS

Decide with confidence.

We assess the problem, explain the recommended work, and discuss pricing before you approve a repair.

Questions we can help answer.

Does a higher water bill mean there is a hidden leak?

It can be a clue, but it is not proof. Changes in use, irrigation, or a running toilet can also affect consumption. Describe what changed so we can help narrow down the cause.

Can you locate every leak without opening a wall?

The method and access required depend on the leak and the property. We explain the approach and discuss any access needed; we do not promise every leak can be found without opening a surface.

Is leak detection the same as leak repair?

They are separate steps. Detection helps identify the source; repair addresses it. We discuss the findings, recommended work, and pricing before you approve the repair.

What should I include in my request?

Share where you see or hear the issue, when it began, whether it happens continuously, and photos if safe to take. Include your service address and the best number to reach you.
